The location is fantastic! Just a 7-minute walk to both Angel Station and Exmouth Market, with loads of great restaurants, pubs, cafés nearby. It's a super central location with easy access to the rest of London.

The flatmates are Kara (American) and Cassie (Canadian), two super friendly, fun and welcoming girls who make the flat a really lovely place to live!

We're looking for someone friendly, tidy and considerate who will feel at home in the flat.

FYI: The new tenant would need to pass referencing and employment/income checks as it is a full lease takeover. Looking to fill the room asap so please reach out if interested!
