The flatmate:

I'm Niko, a friendly and outgoing young professional, now two years into my PhD in Medical Artificial Intelligence at King's College London. While I'm passionate about my research, I like to keep things casual and easygoing, and I truly value a good balance between connecting with people and respecting everyone's private space.

Having a cozy, social and welcoming environment is important to me: somewhere I can call home while also making new friends. Ideally, I'd love to live with people who enjoy the occasional chat or shared meal but are equally happy to enjoy their own downtime.

Outside of work, I'm an active person and currently training for my first triathlon! I'm always up for joining in on sporty activities and would love to find running buddies or someone to explore London's parks with. I also enjoy discovering new places, trying out local cafes, or just winding down with a good book or movie.

The flat:

One room has a small desk and chair in and there is space for this in the other if you’re working from home!

It is a two bed flat located over two floors.

The flat itself is incredibly spacious with a lot of storage:

Peaceful house, only 12 minutes walk to King’s Cross and 7 minutes to Angel. We also have a lot of bus links around. So you are perfectly connected, especially if you are working in East London, Central, West and near the river. You have a massive Sainsbury’s 6 minutes walk from you, as well as Waitrose and M&S. Upper Street with a variety of bars and restaurants is also nearby.
