I’m sadly moving out of my room in Soho as I’m heading abroad, so I'm looking for someone to sublet my room. Available from end of May - date is flexible until end of August but open to shorter stays too. Taking over a lease is also an option after that.

​It’s a 3-bed, 2-bath apartment. Despite the central location in Soho, the flat is a genuine escape from the busyness of London. Since we are on the top floor, it’s very quiet and feels like a little oasis.

​Rent: £1,300 per month with bills included.

​Space: Shared bathroom with one other person. We have an open-plan kitchen/living area and a small balcony.

You’re right in the heart of Soho, so everything is within walking distance. Great cafes, restaurants, theatres and multiple tube stations. It’s perfect if you want to be central but need a peaceful place to come home to.

You’ll be sharing with Rosy and Marnelia. Both are working professionals. They are lovely, kind people who keep a relaxed and tidy home. We aren't a party house; we prefer a calm environment.
