Hi I’m sadly leaving this lovely attic room because of work. Very central location suitable for those who just moved to London!
About the flat&room
- 4 bed flat: sharing with 3 other lively girls
- En-suite room, massive room with ample storage space; just sharing kitchen and living room
- Only cons is that the room is in an attic so tight head room, might not suit if you’re tall:(
- Amazing location: 15 mins walk to Kings cross and angel, very convenient with lots of transport options
- Rent £867 + Bills £100 (defo a steal!)
- Since the tenancy act in may, it’s been a rolling contract, it’s a joint tenancy for the whole flat but current flatmates are keen to stay, so very flexible in terms of how long you want to stay here
