Looking for a short or long term lodger for my spare bedroom that can be furnished or partly furnished. Photos show what it currently is (super comfy sofa bed which can go) and open to discussions re your needs. Two toilets, shared shower on ground floor. Huge shared living room upstairs and we have another housemate, Iphy a beautiful friendly Persian cat. There is also a top floor terrace, a shared mews and parking with my house (which will need to be negotiated separately re price). It is a tidy, friendly, quiet household which will welcome the occasional debriefing chat but you can have your own space.

I am a 37 yo lawyer, currently on sabbatical between jobs figuring out my next step. Work usually is hybrid. I’m fairly sociable, tidy (but not OCD) and equally happy to chat or do my own thing. Looking for someone to pitch in re bills and unwind with telly at the end of the day. Excellent location, right on Bermondsey Street doorstep, great transport links and definitely a home.
