Hi,
Top floor double room with sink, newly decorated. It’s a good house with us all. Good blend that makes a house a home from your home. 3 bathrooms, with this room access to 2 of them. Even though a few of us live here the different works patterns work out well.

A mixed household with a gay couple, and a straight female and male, were a good household. Looking for a new long term person to make there new home our home.

Household do different working patterns which helps with showers rooms. I have two.
What I do include is toilet rolls, washing up liquid, with a few of us living there it would be silly having separate areas for these things.

There is a garden out back. Off street parking if you have a car and is free to park.

Nearest tram is Blackhorse Road and 4 stops to East Croydon and very quick and frequent trains into C. London.
