The apartment is within the purpose-built Bridge House (sixth floor, lift included) so is very close to public transport (loads of buses nearby; trams to Wimbledon and Beckenham Junction are two minutes away; trains from East and West Croydon for Victoria and London Bridge are a 10-minute walk away; Gatwick Airport is 30 minutes door-to-door by train). There is an adjacent multi-storey car park also, if you drive. So if you commute, like me, it's a doddle.

There are bars, restaurants, retail and leisure experiences aplenty in the vicinity if you fancy some local downtime.

I am a youth and community worker so I travel extensively and my hours are long and varied. I love what I do but always appreciate the peace this apartment offers at the end of the day/week (and given its location is surprisingly quiet). I have been working away for the past few years so the apartment is currently unfurnished as most of my things are in storage. I am in the process of relocating so you will have the apartment to yourself most of the time. I am looking for someone who likes their own space and is sometimes social and who will be happy looking after the apartment while I am away.
