We are a friendly family of five looking to rent out our spare room to a female lodger. Our household consists of myself, my husband, and our three young children aged 1, 3, and 6.

The room available is a small double bedroom in a welcoming family home, with a shared bathroom. We are ideally looking for someone who speaks English and either Hindi/Punjabi, Spanish, or Portuguese, as we value a multicultural and communicative home environment.

Our home is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from East Croydon Station, with excellent transport links:
