We are 4 minutes away by car from Junction 28 on the M25 and 3 minutes away from the A12.

It is a walking distance to Harold Wood train station or there's a bus if needed, it takes 30 minutes to London Stratford on the Elizabeth Line train.

Utility bills are included in the rent. The rent quoted is for single occupancy. If it is a couple the rate of the double room would change.
