The other room in the house is with another lodger, and she is full time employed locally. I'm travelling a lot, and usually out the house, so it will mostly be you two in a spacious house.

I love the area as it's very quiet and the house is on a cul-de-sac road, so you get a good night sleep. Also, you are a 5 minute walk to the local park, which has tennis courts and nature walks.

Looking for serious interest above £ 750pm (All bills included) and for someone to move in ASAP.

- We are looking for someone mature and very respectful, who is also fun to be around at the same time.

- We won't give the time to someone who is messy, doesn't clean up after themselves, and doesn't respect the house. We are going to respect you, and expectation is both ways.

- Ideally looking to build a long term relationship with someone, as would love the room to be with one person for a long term. Prices will be fixed for at least the first year, so no worries about random changes!

In all seriousness, we are young professionals, both in full-time jobs. We are fun to be around and it's a great house (the photos don't do it justice haha). We are looking for a genuinely nice person, who is respectful.
