Spacious double room, for single occupancy. The room has a large built-in wardrobe, double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a desk. Recently decorated and furnished.

Rent is £100 per week, based on a minimum 3-night stay, inclusive of all bills, additional nights charged extra. Car parking is available for an additional fee of £2 per day.

You will have sole use of the room, therefore can leave clothes and personal belongings behind, and have choice of how many and which nights you stay.

You also have full use of the kitchen, with personal cupboard and fridge freezer space, as well as the living room and garden. A "Home from Home".

Non-smoking, clean, quiet and pleasant home. New housemate must be the same. We are looking for someone who will treat the house as their home.

Walking distance to Vauxhall, Kennington and Westminster stations. Bus stops just outside the building. Several local shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
