We have a 2 bed 1 bath flat available in central London (elephant and castle). The building is called one the elephant tower, and is very well located with a gym, Sainsbury’s and pret attached to the building. The tube station (bakerloo and northern line) is just a minute’s walk away, and there are bus stops just outside the building. The rent is £1412 per person, and I’m looking for someone who will be interested in a long term contract, minimum of one year.
