Hi there! This is Ingrid I will be outside London for the summer/ beginning of October and I will like to sublet my room to someone who want to spend the summer here, if coming for work, study or a short experience at the city. The house is quite, we are all Spanish speakers girls. Working and studying. From 22 years old to 55( my mum) It is a family house so we are looking for someone reliable, friendly and respectful. We love to share meals together or stay at the garden outside but also spend time alone and respect our space and sleep time. The location couldn’t be closer to the center and the connections are great as well as grocery shops around( 5 minute walk) and the closest station Kennington (7 minutes away through a lovely park to get there) Kennigton park to spend the evening is a great option and a meal at the Latino market is a must so, think about it! ;) Also to consider : the room is small and the wardrobe as well so might be better for someone that does not have many belongings

We have a cleaning rota that we follow so we expect a weekly commitment for the new arrival. Each room clean the communal areas once a month. We are looking for someone who can bring peace and care to the house as this is our main goal here
