I'm subletting this room which will be available from April to September 2026, after which my contract runs out and you will be free to extend on your own accord with the landlord if you want.

The landlord team has agreed to allow me to sublet. They are very prompt with replies and rarely visit the flat.

The property is a 4 bedroom flat and my room is the 2nd largest and has a double bed. It is the room closest to the shower and all furniture (bed, wardrobe, desk, etc) will be staying in the flat after I move out. You are also free to add any furniture of your own.

I can provide a full video walkthrough of the property if need be.

There are 3 other male students in the flat. One goes to UAL and the others (including myself) go to KCL.
