A bit about myself:
I'm a 28-year-old finance professional and a recent graduate of London Business School. I'm looking to replace my current flatmate who's leaving London.

It's a great flat that I want to keep, so I'm after someone to take his place. I'm very easygoing, have plenty of experience living with flatmates, and I really appreciate cleanliness. I'm mindful of shared spaces and respecting each other's privacy, but I also enjoy having a good relationship and hanging out every now and then.

Outside of work, I'm very into sports (running, tennis, and padel) and I love spending time with friends and being out and about.

That said, I also appreciate some chilled quiet downtime.
