We are looking for 2 new flatmates to take over the tenancy as two of the current tenants are leaving. It’s a replacement tenancy for a month and then runs from 01 September to 31 August, can renew again if needed.

We are looking for clean, tidy and sociable flatmates. Someone who is also interested in making friendships.

Rachel and I work full time. We are also looking for someone who works full time. Maybe a few days wfh is okay

The flat is close to Bermondsey tube station (3 mins walk), there are pubs, cafes, shops around the area. Tesco is 2 mins away and Southwark Park is 5 mins. It is very well connected location.

There are two toilets and one bathroom. The garden is pretty big, the photo doesn’t do justice.

Bills on top are around £120-£150
