Room 2 is a double ensuite room (attached bathroom).
Room 3 is a double room.

Room 4 is a twin room with a pull out single bed.

Finding rooms for couples or two friends is very difficult. Therefore, we are offering this beautifully refurbished house where each room can be booked short-term or long-term stay. With 2 double rooms for couples and 2 twin rooms for 2 friends.

Whatever the reason for your visit to Manchester and the UK whether you're an exchange student, international exams, just visiting family, or sight seeing on holiday, you will be at home here. Booking is done 30 days at a time.


OUR SERVICES BEFORE ARRIVAL TO THE UK
● Use our address for your visa application and receive an invitation letter (we can provide a booking confirmation)
● We will assist you with discussing your travel options all the way from your home to your arrival in the UK and on your return home. We will help you find the cheaper or more convenient options.

OUR SERVICES DURING YOU STAY WITH US IN THE UK
● Airport transfer on arrival included
● We will explain your route to your study and exam locations via public transport and assist every step of the way
● We can also put you in touch with other doctors who have stayed with us previously so you can be a part of a local community of doctors
● We can also provide a printer and photocopier in the communal areas. Print and paper included. (Fair usage policy applies)
● Introduce you to a great list of local food restaurants and take-aways
● We will show you how to order groceries online
● Short term stays accepted. Minimum stay is 1 months (30 days) (but we can do shorter)
● You can stay longer if you wish. Just give us 30 days notice.

THE HOUSE
● We take care of all the bills (Council Tax Telephone, Broadband, Gas, Electric, TV License and Water), repairs, furniture of the house so you can focus on your work without the worry of house maintenance.
● Comfy and cosy living room with 40" smart TV.
● All necessary kitchen items provided
● Communal washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave and kettle and toaster plus all cutlery, dishes and utensils

THE ROOMS

● Bed sheets, duvets and pillows provided
● 1 room is ensuite and the other have access to one full bathroom and a downstairs toilet
