Lily 26 & Iggy 27, couple of 7yrs, Lily works in the medial sector and has trained to be a paramedic, Iggy works with adults with learning disabilities.

Bath/shower/toilet downstairs shared between downstairs double room and attic room.

Single Bed is available to buy for £50 from previous housemate. Would recommend new mattress.

Looking for a housemate in their 20s who is sociable and also happy to do our own things, we don’t mind a bit of clutter as we all get busy sometimes- but would want to live with someone who cleans up after themselves with kitchen/ plates and keeps the communal areas clean, comfortable with friends over occasionally, up for a movie night or cooking night every once in a while.
