We are a friendly, easygoing professional couple looking for a lodger to share our home with.

We would like to offer our lodger exclusive use of one of our lovely double rooms with en-suite as well as shared use of our main kitchen/dining/living room, utility room and garden. Free on street parking with plenty of space.

We can discuss what our lodger will prefer in terms of furnished/unfurnished etc.

Our home is in a lovely village; perfect distance between Bath and Bristol, we are a 5 minute drive from Keynsham train station (which has free parking) or a 40 minute walk there. We are walking distance to retail shops/supermarkets and pubs/cafes as well as nice parks and a nature reserve.

As a couple we enjoy sports, the gym, socialising with friends and family as well as camping trips and holidays. We are looking for someone independent and friendly who is also clean and tidy. We enjoy relaxed evenings after work/gym with tv/board games or BBQ’s in the garden.
