Lovely room in 3 story house in central Lostwithiel (5 mins walk to shops and station).
I have a small dog who will bark, but not bite(!) when she first meets you but after she gets to know you she will simply love you! Share of kitchen and living room. Own newly furbished shower room on same floor.
King size bed. The stairs up to the 3rd floor are steep, hence the room is only suitable for someone with a reasonable fitness level.
I am a friendly person and am active for my years. I have had ‘lodgers’ before and mostly it has worked out well. I enjoy cooking and am mainly vegetarian, eating occasional fish but I am not squeamish about having meat in the house, though I would ideally prefer not to have it! Happy to share meals occasionally with the right person.
There is a south-facing courtyard, but no garden.
