I recently purchased my property and currently have a spare double room to rent. The room is currently unfurnished but please contact me if this would be an issue. The room also has a cupboard with storage for clothing. Bathroom and all other facilities are shared.

I work from home most of the time but there is space for another occupant to work from home which could also be discussed if needed.

I am very close to the train station if you require public transport to leicester or loughborough and only a 5 minute walk from the main high street with cafes, shops and hairdressers.

Though I would describe myself as fun and outgoing I spend most of my at home time relaxing around the house reading but do enjoy hosting dinner parties and friends every so often but would give notice of this to you prior to the date.
