Hi

I have a double room for rent in Loughborough; it’s furnished with a wardrobe, bed, desk, etc. The house is modern, clean, quiet and comfortable, close to all local amenities, the town centre, train station etc.

I am a working professional and work away often, so there is plenty of space in the house. There is a large garden, and the kitchen is spacious and well equipped.

I am ideally looking for a lodger from Monday - Friday so would be ideal for someone working / studying in the area during the week but I can be flexible on this.

The room is currently available from the end of November
