Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious 6-bedroom student house on Beacon Road, Loughborough.

The house is recently renovated and really well looked after, with a large shared living room (with TV), a modern kitchen with plenty of space, and 3 bathrooms so it never feels overcrowded. The bedrooms are all good-sized doubles and fully furnished.

Location: Beacon Road – great location for both Loughborough University and the town centre (easy walk to everything)

Currently a house with 5 tenants, 3 boys and 2 girls so glad for anyone to takeover!
