Large double bedroom available in the village of Hathern just outside Loughborough. The house is a 15 minute bus ride from both the town centre and East Midlands Airport. The village has 4 pubs, a café, a post office, a golf range, a park and a 24-hour garage that doubles as an ASDA.

The house is spacious, there’s two comfortable sofas in the living room and a large TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Plex and super fast broadband. The kitchen has all the appliances you’d expect including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and there’s a second toilet downstairs. Outside there’s a small low maintenance garden and a large summer house.

The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There’s a walk in closet and some storage under the bed so plenty of space. In addition you'd also have a second box room with office desk, chair and shelves so you can work from home or study should you need to.

I have a small cat (Sana) so someone who likes cats is a must.

I live at the property and am also the landlord, so you know that the house is well kept and if anything breaks it’ll get fixed straight away. I’m looking for someone to share a house with rather than just rent a room from so if you want to chat either over Zoom or a cup of tea then let me know.
