15 minutes car journey to East Midlands Airport, 10 minutes drive to Loughborough University (or 20 minutes cycle). There is a bus stop within 2 minutes walking distance from the house which goes directly to Loughborough and takes around 25 minutes.

Local supermarket is a 10 minute walk away.

I am looking for a responsible professional or student who is clean and respectful. Since I work for the NHS, a peaceful and tranquil home environment is very important to me.

Small pets considered on request, however I do have a 3 year old dog who has lots of energy and is not suitable to live with cats.

Internet included, gas and electricity.
