The property is currently shared by two people. You’ll be sharing the kitchen with both housemates and the bathroom with just one other person.

The home is kept quiet, clean, and tidy, so we’re looking for someone who is respectful and would be happy to maintain the same relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

The property is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from Edmonton Green Station, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and other amenities nearby.

• Copy of passport
