This is a relaxed, comfortable, home away from home, for Mon-Fri Lets or flexible 5-7 days stay

Double size room, in a 1930's style, three-bedroom terrace house. Rooms must be viewed, to be fully appreciated.

Sharing a bathroom with the owner (myself when home), or one other female room occupier. There is mains Combi-gas boiler heated water for daily shower

You are required to be respectful and flexible towards others you are sharing with. Keep all shared areas clean, accessible and welcoming.

Gas central heating and double-glazed windows throughout.

Kitchen has a family size, fridge freezer. Shared use of washing machine, your own fitted storage cupboards.
