It’s a chilled home with a mix of modern and character features (think new carpets meeting original wood floors). I’m a live-in landlord staying downstairs, with my own space (living room, and bathroom). I'm pretty active (love travelling, surfing, and climbing), so I'm looking for lodgers who appreciate a laid-back, tidy, and respectful environment.

​The room is south facing and spacious.
Include a double bed with under bed storage, chest of drawers, 2 built in wardrobes, two bedside tables, laundry basket, and mirror.
​Work from home? I can add a desk to your room upon request.
Lodgers have their own living room and bathroom shared solely between them (I have my own).
