It is a spacious Victorian home with loads of room and a back garden, the household is genuinely friendly, respectful and private. There are currently three tenants, two girls and one boy, all studying at the University of Bedfordshire in Luton while working part time. It is a relaxing home, and everyone gets on well.

Cleanliness
The house is kept clean and tidy, with a bi weekly cleaner, so it always feels fresh.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully set up too, with plates, bowls, a fridge freezer, and saucepans, so you can move in without needing to buy lots of bits.

Location
The location is a big plus. Around a seven minute walk to the town centre, with Nando’s, the cinema, and the main shopping centre, plus a market and loads of shops.
