I am looking for someone to rent a double room in my house. This is close to Lutterworthm hence near the M1/M6

The room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, chair, etc -
Shared Bathroom, Kitchen and large living room.
I have a large German Shepherd which is very friendly so you must like dogs.
I am very friendly and happy to be sociable but also willing for you to want your own space.
The house has off-road parking and a good size garden... ok very big with a nice patio.
