I own the property, so you'll be renting my spare room. It's a spacious, fully furnished room with plenty of natural light. There’s no en suite bathroom, but we have two bathrooms in total, so no fighting over shower time!
The flat also has a communal garden and is just a five-minute walk from town and two minutes from the seafront. I’m a quiet guy who enjoys gaming and the occasional swim in the sea. Overall, it’s a very peaceful flat block — ideal after a long day at work.
