Really beautiful double room with Velux sky lights and a Juliet balcony and views across the canal. The bedroom also has a brand new 4 piece bathroom suite opposite, and landing area with full desk set up.

The house is a 10 min drive to AstraZeneca Macclesfield, very close to the train station and there are lovely bars and restaurants in the village of Bollington. The house backs onto the canal and there are lots of walks, canoeing clubs and running clubs in the area.

I’m happy to consider short term or long term, ideally Mon - Fri. The room would suit someone working at AstraZeneca in a fixed term role.

I’m a live in landlord and my 10 year old daughter lives with me. We spend a lot of time out of the house as my daughter is a high level gymnast.

I would prefer a female lodger from a safeguarding perspective.
