Spacious double room with en suite in a peaceful Macclesfield home

A double room with its own en suite, in a really convenient spot. It's about a five-minute walk to the train station and the same to the town centre, so everything is within walking distance. I work in London most of the time, so you'll usually have the house to yourself.

You'll have full use of:

• A comfortable living room
• A separate family bathroom, plus a downstairs WC
• A sunny south-facing garden with furniture for the summer
• Garage space for extra storage

All bills are included, with no hidden extras.

There's also a friendly house cat who pops in now and then, so you'll need to be a cat lover, or at least happy to have him around.

It'd suit a tidy, reliable professional who wants a calm, spacious home without the cost of renting a whole place. Couples are welcome too, for an extra £200 a month. Message me to arrange a viewing.
