There are 3 rooms in the house. Once 1 room is taken the rest will be left vacant. I will be in the property about 2 nights in some weeks just to go to work when I'm on call.
It essentially means that the whole house is left for the one lodger most of the time. There are two separate showers and 2 separate toilets. Lodger can choose which one he/she want to use exclusively. Council tax will be paid by the landlord. Lodger will pay for water and energy as used.
