We are a friendly house share in NW2 made up of 4 professionals - Dan from Australia who works in the energy sector, Jo from Germany who works in a members club managing the front desk, Angela from England (grew up internationally) who works as a Graphic Designer for a boutique studio and Yohei from Japan, who has a background in Digital Design. We're all between 25 and 30 years old. We also have two cats called Toni and Elvie, who are 10 and 1.

The room we are looking to rent is a large double room, with a double bed, TV, desk and chair, big wardrobe and a cupboard as well as a bedside and a recliner arm chair. We're happy to discuss adapting the furniture to make the room more suitable to our new housemate. The bathroom for this room is only shared with one other person, the other two are sharing the upstairs bathroom.

While this is definitely not a party house, we are quite the social bunch and often go out for activities together on the weekends, but we also give each other our privacy during the week, as we all work Monday - Friday. Some of the interests in the group are going to the gym, bouldering, walks or hiking, but we also enjoy venturing out to markets, enjoying good food together or going out for a drink, to the arcade, bowling, etc.

We are a clean household (not OCD) and expect our new housemate to be house-trained and to leave common areas tidy, clean appliances they used and generally pick up after themselves.

The house is located in a residential neighbourhood with quite a few families living around - two off-licenses, a lovely pub and two parks are in short walking distance. There are two bus stops 2 and 5 minutes walking distance that will take you to the nearest tube station (Neasden; Jubilee Line) in 10/15 minutes. Other stations nearby are Willesden Green (15-20 mins), Wembley Park (15 mins), Dollis Hill (15-20 minute walk), Brent Cross (10 minute bus and short walk), Golders Green (20 minutes by bus) and Kilburn (20 minutes by bus). Baker Street is ca 30-35 minutes away.

The price includes all bills and council tax, internet, etc., as well as all household necessities like cleaning products and so on. We are looking for a single person, a couple can unfortunately not be accommodated. There is a small refundable deposit of £500.

If you think you could be a good addition to our house share, please get in touch via Spareroom or Whatsapp/text. We are looking forward to meeting you! 😊
