We have a spare room available with double bed and ensuite in a 5 bed flat on Sutherland Avenue, in Maida Vale.

The room is available only for the months of August and September. It's perfect for someone looking to check out the area without committing, or perhaps someone who needs a bit more time to find the perfect flat!

Its on the top floor in a large house (our flat is top two floors), and the flat has a shared spacious kitchen and comfortable living room. There is a shared bathroom (shower, bath, toilet) on the bottom floor and a shared shower on the top floor.

You will be living with three 24 year olds and one 23 year old, all working or in postgraduate education. Three of us are old friends who grew up in London, the other is a great recent addition who joined us from SpareRoom!

There are some lovely pubs in the area which we often visit. We're all very into music and enjoy going to gigs and concerts, as well as visiting galleries and the theatre. Equally, enjoy a night in. Also always looking for another 5-a-side player, if that's your thing.

The flat is 10 mins to Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo), 11 mins to Royal Oak (Hammersmith & City, Circle), and 20 mins to Paddington. Good bus connections.
