Hello, I’m looking for a buddy (couples welcome)! to takeover a flat and sign a new lease as my flatmates have moved out - more details here can be sent in DM (including listing)

The flat is partially furnished and finished to a high spec throughout — with a gorgeous garden terrace with waterfront views. There’s also a modern bathroom, spacious living/dining area, and the building has cycle storage.

The available room is the bigger of the two, with a nice waterfront view! Measures 4.72m x 4.25m

Location-wise, it’s really hard to beat — walking distance to Notting Hill, Little Venice, and some great bars and restaurants, with nearby tube stations (Westbourne Park, Royal Oak, Warwick Avenue) and bus connections giving you easy access across London.

A little about myself - in my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and trying Asian recipes. I currently work in a risk consultancy, so I do like to keep abreast of current affairs and politics, but also do not object to some good brainrot time. I work 2-3 days a week in the office. Outside of work, you will likely see me trying to hit the gym to try to justify the money I'm forking and window shopping at M&S food. Otherwise, I'm relatively homey, though I do head out to the pub for a drink or a nice theatre show from time to time with friends. I would consider myself a clean person in general but definitely not to an obsessive level. My friends would probably describe me with the following three words/phrases: dry sense of humour, dependable, and easygoing.
