Hi all

I have a cozy bright double bedroom to let in my 2 bed flat very close to Queen’s Park station. The flat is a top floor 2 bedroom flat which is literally a 7 minute walk from the station making for an easy commute into central London.

About the room:
The room is very bright and airy and contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and tv if required. There is shelving on the side which gives additional storage. Probably the best thing about the room is the lovely view it gets of the back gardens of the block and the sunlight.

There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower to be shared with myself. There is also a large living room and kitchen combined, which has a nice 4 seater dining table.

About me: I’m out a lot and work in the office 4 days a week so when I’m back at home I do like to sit in front of the TV and lounge around.
I’m pretty easy going, play football once a week and enjoy travelling.

Ideally I’m after someone who is out a lot or who doesn’t spend too much time in the lounge/kitchen area. I’m pretty unadventurous during the week so often in bed by 10.30/11 so appreciate someone who is unlikely to be clattering round late at night. No preference for males or females but new lodger must be LGBTQ friendly as I do have guests stay over every now and then.
