Hi. I’m looking for a flatmate to share my expenses with. Flat it’s a one bedroom with the living room converted into another bedroom, it is spacious and I was the first tenant after refurbishment. I am a professional driver and most of the time at work, flat is furnished and equipped with all the needs, there’s a separate kitchen which can be also used as a small living area also equipped with all the necessary. Bathroom has a spacious walk in shower with window. I own a French bulldog very well behaved so no other pets considered. I am also a smoker, smoking is allowed in the flat. New flatmate should purchase its own bed, tv on the wall provided by me.
