Looking to find one to fill our lovely balcony room.

We originally moved into the flat after it was newly renovated last April and after a year, one of us is moving onto Berlin.
We are very happy with the flat and keen to remain in the area.

The flat is done up to a very high standard and in an excellent location with Little Venice, Paddington Recreation Ground right nearby and Warwick Avenue + Maida Vale station just steps away.

It also has very large shared spaces (lounge and kitchen) with the advertised room getting the main benefit of the very large lounge.

Current Occupants:
Jim, Ollie: Both 25 year old males working in tech. Very active, independent individuals but keen also for an occasional pub trip or night spent yabbering away into the early hours.

Council tax band: F, City of Westminster.
