I am looking for someone to take over my contract with YPP for this ensuite room on the second floor in a 10 bedroom flat.

You will have access to a fully functional kitchen that is shared with all the rooms, but only 5 rooms including this one do not have a kitchenette, so it is rarely busy.

In the kitchen, you will also have access to a washer and dryer, and there is also a laundry room on the lower ground floor.

The contract lasts until the 31st of August 2024, and I am looking to move out beginning of May.
The price currently is set at 1499pcm but I'd be willing to take a reasonable part of the rent if we can agree on a price.

To complete a contract takeover, YPP will need:

All applicants will need to fill out a tenancy application form, sign a tenancy agreement and provide the below documentation which can be emailed as a scan:

- Passport
- Share code (if applicable) - within date & valid. Share code can be obtained from the Government website and is used to prove your Right to Rent in the UK.
- Proof of Address - must be a bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
- Proof of Study (2023 - 2024) - student card & university offer letter with course end date.
- Payment - Upfront Rent (from start date to end date) + Deposit of £1729.61
