I’m looking to sublet my room in Little Venice, Maida Vale (W9) from NOV 15th - JAN 15th. Dates are ❗️NON NEGOTIABLE❗️so please do not message me if they dont suit you.

The flat comes with a shared kitchen, seperate toilet & shower. The room itself comes with a double bed, double wardrobe & bedside table, aswell as storage space under the bed.

The flat is situated along the little venice canal, and has great transport links nearby (Bakerloo, Circle & Hammersmith, plenty of bus stops). Lots of cafes, parks, shops within walking distance).

Sharing with 3 others, who are all friendly & tidy up after themselves. One flatmate has a dog, Jack, who mostly stays downstairs in the tenants room and is very well behaved (he’s an old boy).
