I'm moving out, someone else is moving in on the 2nd week of Jan to replace me. The flat is cozy, it's super close to Notting Hill and Paddington, the price is very competitive. Current flatmate is great and will be away for most of December so you're gonna get the flat for yourself during that month, great value tbh.
