Hey all! My current flatmates is moving out, and we are looking for a replacement to move in as soon as the 1st of July!!

The room is partly furnished* and has amazing has amazing amounts of sunlight!

The flat is spacious with high ceilings; it’s as cozy as it gets with a big kitchen and a beautiful living room and small terrace that is perfect for relaxing on for the summer!

The flat is a 5 minute walk away from Warwick Avenue (Bakerloo Line) and a 10 minute walk away from Royal Oak (Circle & Hammersmith and City lines). It’s also a 10 minute walk away from a 24/7 Tesco, as well as an ensemble of vibrant restaurants and pubs all within walking distance! It is right around the corner from Little Venice, allowing for beautiful long walks to unwind.

About us: we’re 2 flatmates that have been living together for well over a year now, I work a corporate job and my flatmate is a furniture designer. We both lead quite active lives socially and professionally, but do enjoy regular hangouts at home and make sure to put in a lot of effort to keeping the house clean.
