Hi! I am going away for 2-3 weeks from 29th June and happy to sublet my apartment.

The location is great. 10 min walk to either Westbourne Park or Queens Park stations.

Portobello and Notting Hill is 15min walk away .

Shop and local amenities around.

The flat is furnished, clean, and in good condition. Wooden floors, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bed is a daybed that pulls out into the double! And you can pull it back and have as a sofa surfing the day of you want more space.
there is a desk and plenty of storage space. I am an artist so please excuse the mess but everything g will be tidied up before you come and stay!

No tv.

Looking for someone responsible and caring to sublet. The flat is on the ground floor and has a large back yard with garden furniture so you can enjoy the sun too!
