I will be way for six weeks this summer commencing the 2nd of July so I am looking for someone after a short term let over summer. The room you would be taking over is a small double bedroom with built in wardrobe. You would be sharing a bathroom with our wonderful flatmate. The room includes a wall mounted television with Disney, netflix, Amazon, apple TV and more.

The flat comprises of a very large shared living room and a big spacious kitchen. The flat is extremely clean (considering we all love food) and clean after ourselves, we keep the communal areas tidy and clear and respect each other’s spaces, so it’s always nice & tidy.

We are looking for someone who is kind, considerate, clean, quiet and friendly.

The household is wonderful and we respect each other's space.

Please let me know if you think you fit the criteria. This property will have a lot of demand, please contact me to arrange a viewing.
