We're preferably looking for a young female professional (ages 22-26) to move in asap after our third flatmate moved out to live with her boyfriend.
The flat is a 3-bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms a kitchen, and a lovely, spacious lounge.

We're posting two rooms as l'm flexible on which one I take:
• Larger room - £1350 + bills
• Smaller room - £1000 + bills

Bills come to around £130 per month.

The flat is in a great spot: 3 minutes to a corner shop, Nisa, and a couple of lovely pubs and nice restaurants, plus Tesco is about a 7-minute walk.
