We have two lovely bright furnished double bedrooms available in central Maidenhead.

The rooms are available in a house that has 9 bedrooms all rented out to individuals. The housemates are friendly and will make you feel very welcome. Everyone in the house is a working professional.

The first room is on the top floor of the house and has a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers in it. One of the windows looks over the garden and the other one looks out the front.
There is a small landing on the top floor which has space for a work desk if you wanted, and has a bathroom and another bedroom off it. There are also 2 other shower rooms that you can use.

The second room is also a double room and is on the first floor of the house. It is a bigger bedroom than the other room, and has a wardrobe and patio doors that lead to a balcony. It is at the front of the house.

The house is about 5 minutes walk from Maidenhead train station, and 8 minutes walk to the town centre with all the shops and restaurants. If you walk 5mins the other way you have a running track, new sports centre and 7 Padel courts.

The house also has a very large garden with a rear patio which is lovely over the summer. There is also space for several cars on the front driveway.

The kitchen is modern and has a big range cooker, 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer, as well as a table that seats 6 people.

The sitting room can seat up to 8 people, and has a large TV and patio doors that open out onto the garden.

The train journey into London takes 25 minutes, and it is 5 minutes drive away from the M4.

All bills, internet and a cleaner for the communal areas are included in the monthly rent. The Wi-Fi is superfast Virgin Business Broadband.

You will need a refundable deposit of £700 and a month's rent upfront of £750 for the smaller room at the top of the house, and a refundable deposit of £750 and monthly rent of £800 for the larger bedroom on the first floor.

-Single occupancy only for both bedrooms. No couples or room sharing permitted unfortunately.

The property is managed directly by the landlord, so any issues are dealt with efficiently and quickly.
