The lodger:
The Landlady is looking for a lodger who will be happy to provide 12-15 hours per week of flexible company and some help with cooking, in exchange of affordable accommodation
The ideal lodger will be a someone over the age of 25 years. This may suit a couple or someone with their own dog.

Please note there is a trial of 1 week prior to the move-in.

Fees:
The monthly fees are £170 (this includes all bills such as council tax, utilities and the monthly subscription to share my home.). There are no other charges.

PETs: the landlady would be happy to have a well-behaved dog move in! Sorry no cats due to allergies.
