The Location: The studio is situated within a house on a quiet, leafy, family street with a Spar situated immediately adjacent and a pub just around the corner. The property is very central and provides easy access to the centre of Maidstone (under 15 minutes walk) and all its amenities. Restaurants, bars, cinema, shopping, the gym are all on your doorstep. Maidstone West station is also under 10 minutes walk from the house.
The Studio: The studio is on situated the ground floor and comprises a kitchen / living area. The bathroom is shared with two other working professionals and It comprises a shower loo and sink.
The studio is newly renovated. It includes a kitchen with breakfast bar fitted with an electric oven, 4 ring induction hob, fridge with freezer shelf, microwave and plenty of storage; carpets and painted walls. The flat is fully furnished and includes a double bed with mattress, large wardrobe with drawers, armchair and bedside table and bedside light. The flat also comes with tasteful artwork!
The studio is suitable for a maximum of 1 person due to council restrictions. The rent is £700 per month. INCLUDING bills (see below for details). The studio is available from 6th March..

There is also a house Henry hoover for use by all tenants.
The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of gas, electricity, water, council tax, unlimited fibre broadband (350Mbps Virgin Fibre Optic), BUT DOES NOT INCLUDE A TV LICENSE. We provide a cleaner for the communal corridors, as well as a gardener on an ad hoc basis. The property has Hive installed to keep the house and each studio at the perfect temperature all year round. In short, everything is taken care of!
The Tenants: We prefer to accept PROFESSIONAL, tidy and respectful tenants.
Maximum Occupation: The flat is suitable for a MAXIMUM of one people due to council restrictions.
The Landlords: A family-run business, we don't use letting agents and manage the property ourselves, so there are no hidden charges and we are available personally for our tenants if there are any issues. We also employ a professional maintenance company who can be contacted 24/7 in the event of an emergency. We ask for 1 months rent upfront and 1 months rent as a deposit, which is registered with the government. There are no other charges.
